From Senn Resources AG we have received the mandate to accompany the huge construction project Stennazentrum in Flims in terms of geological and geotechnical aspects.

The project of the architecture firm Baumschlager Eberle St. Gallen AG consists of an underground parking lot with 6 floors on which 3 residential buildings with 7-8 floors and a large 4-floor building housing stores, offices and a hotel will be placed.

The project site is located in the middle of the deposition area of Europe’s biggest rockslide the so called Flimser Rockslide. The underground parking is placed within the settlement area of Flims in the river cut of the Flem near the Stennabrücke. The stepped excavation support consisting of nail walls has a total height of up to 25 m.
