In the south of the Wolfganghof district in St. Gallen, five new apartment buildings with 135 mostly smaller flats are being planned on an area of around 13'000 m2. The three buildings to the west have common underground garage. Due to the locally steep topography and the geometry of the buildings, for its constructions temporary slopes of up to 8 m in height will be created locally, while elsewhere the buildings will be founded practically at ground level and larger fills are planned for terrain shaping.

At a contaminated site in Altstätten, Grundbauberatung-Geoconsulting AG has carried out extensive investigations of contaminated sites since autumn 2019, focusing on the PFC pollutant group (perfluorinated and polyfluorinated chemicals), which has only recently become topical in the treatment of contaminated sites. After initial preliminary investigations in 2019 (in connection with the demolition of buildings, among other things), a technical investigation of contaminated sites was finally carried out from February 2020 with the analysis of numerous solid, leachate and groundwater samples and the corresponding report was completed in September 2020.

In Liechtenstein the Grundbauberatung-Geoconsulting AG has started from the early summer 2020 on several old deposits in the municipalities of Balzers, Triesenberg, Mauren and Schellenberg with historical contamination investigationsHistorical investigations, which were partly completed in summer / autumn or are still in process. In the case of the already completed Historical investigations, we will now carry out the technical investigations of contaminated sites.

The Migros Cooperative Ostschweiz is currently constructing a new building in the centre of Herisau. The new residential and commercial development with a two stories underground car park is located at the location of the old Migros and also includes some of the surrounding buildings, which were previously dismantled.
