The properties Greifenstrasse 7, 9, 11 and 13 in St. Gallen will be deconstructed to make place for a new construction project. The four apartment buildings, with a total of 23 apartments including garages and utilities, were recently inspected in regards to building contaminants for the deconstruction work by the Grundbauberatung-Geoconsulting AG.

Our company was assigned by the developers to carry out the assessment of contaminants for the deconstruction work as well as the geotechnical investigations for the new construction project.
